The Uni­ver­sal Robot UR3e is a new­er ver­sion of the orig­i­nal UR3. It has the same spec­i­fi­ca­tions, such as 11 kg in weight, 3 kg pay­load, 500 mm reach, 0.1 mm repeata­bil­i­ty, and 360 degree rota­tion. The extra ben­e­fits of the UR E‑series of robots include a force torque sen­sor in Axis 6, a high­er res­o­lu­tion HMI with a Capac­i­tive touch­screen, along with even eas­i­er pro­gram­ming and navigation. 

This is a great table-top cobot for lighter assem­bly tasks.It’s com­pact in size and can work side-by-side the oper­a­tor, con­dens­ing the use of floor­space required. Safe­ty fenc­ing is not required with this col­lab­o­ra­tive robot. There are 17 advanced adjustable safe­ty func­tions includ­ing elbow mon­i­tor­ing and Remote Con­trol accord­ing to ISO 10218.

Pro­gram­ming involves a poly­scope graph­i­cal user inter­face on 12 inch touch­screen with mount­ing option. Drag-and-drop pro­gram­ming makes it easy for any­one to pro­gram these Uni­ver­sal col­lab­o­ra­tive robots.
