Motoman MPL80

For pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions that need to han­dle up to 80 kg, the new or used Motoman MPL80 is an ide­al choice. Robots​.com takes all of their refur­bished robots through a metic­u­lous refur­bish­ment process, bring­ing them back to mint condition. 

With fast axis speeds and high accel­er­a­tion, this robot arm, new or used, can increase through­put and max­i­mize pro­duc­tion. Pre­cise move­ments and a wide 360 degree work enve­lope allow this arm to accu­rate­ly ser­vice mul­ti­ple infeed con­vey­ors and up to two pal­let build locations.

The com­pact design of the Motoman MPL80 DX100 reduces floor­space require­ments and aids in end-of-line pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions. The MPL-80 can be equipped with the option­al Easy­Pal­let Pen­dant to ease pro­gram­ming of com­plex appli­ca­tions. More than 200 pre-designed pal­letiz­ing pat­terns are includ­ed with the pen­dant. The Motoman DX100 con­troller offers mul­ti­ple robot sup­port and fast pro­cess­ing speeds. The MLX200 con­troller is also compatible.
