Motoman MPL160

For high demand pal­letiz­ing jobs, the Motoman MPL160 offers the speed and accu­ra­cy need­ed for max­i­mum pro­duc­tion. This four-axis robot arm has inter­nal­ly rout­ed cables and air lines for high sys­tem reli­a­bil­i­ty. A hol­low wrist aids in wrist motion and increas­es cable life.

The MPL160 DX100 offers high per­for­mance for mul­ti­ple infeed con­vey­ors and up to four pal­let build loca­tions. The option­al MotoPal­let soft­ware works to sim­pli­fy off-line pro­gram­ming for pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions. The Motoman DX100 and MLX100 robot con­trollers are com­pat­i­ble with the MPL160 and allows for mul­ti­ple robot control.
