Motoman MPL100

Four axes on the Motoman MPL100 mean fast speeds and high accel­er­a­tion. This reduces cycle times and increas­es out­put. The gen­er­ous ver­ti­cal reach on the Motoman MPL100 DX100 allows for flex­i­ble instal­la­tions and the abil­i­ty to han­dle a wide vari­ety of situations.

The used Motoman MPL100 robot is also avail­able at Robots​.com. All used MPL100 robots under­go a very rig­or­ous recon­di­tion­ing process.

Inter­nal­ly rout­ed air lines and wiring reduce main­te­nance require­ments and max­i­mize reli­a­bil­i­ty. The MPL also fea­tures a hol­low wrist, adding a wide range of wrist motion and extend­ing cable life. The MPL con­fig­u­ra­tion was designed to reduce the area with­in the work enve­lope which might allow the MPL100 DX100 to col­lide with anoth­er object.
