If you are looking for a robot that can precisely, yet quickly, be used for laser welding, plasma cutting, dispensing, or laser cutting, the MC2000 II is the answer. The design of the MC2000 II incorporates high amounts of speed, power, and rigidity. It doesn’t stop there, the MC2000 II also has a high payload at up to 50 kg and an incredibly precise path accuracy that can be reached within +/- 0.1 mm — +/- 0.03, depending on the application. The axial speeds are fast and help to reduce cycle times and increase production output.

It has a slim base, waist, and arm that enable the robot to be placed close to other work pieces which also help to decrease the necessary floor space and improve part accessibility. The small footprint, DX200 controller connections located on the backside, and the advanced collision avoidance features enable up to eight robots (72 axes) to be used together.

Software options allow shapes such as circles, rectangles, ellipses, pentagons, and hexagons to be supported and programmed by a single point. It is now easy to see why the MC200 II is a great solution to your next automation project.
