Motoman CR20

The Motoman CR20 is a six-axis, ver­ti­cal­ly-artic­u­lat­ed robot made for clean­room appli­ca­tions. The used Motoman CR20 is also avail­able at Robots​.com. The used CR20 has under­gone Robots​.com’ expert­ly guid­ed refur­bish­ment process. 

The CR20 MRC has a wide free­dom of move­ment for han­dling work. With 6 degrees of free­dom, this robot is able to han­dle work­pieces in sit­u­a­tions where 2- or 3- axis hor­i­zon­tal type robots would have dif­fi­cul­ty. The Motoman CR20 was built to han­dle a vari­ety of han­dling appli­ca­tions in a clean envi­ron­ment. Twelve cables (for tool oper­a­tion) and five air lines (four for air sup­ply and one for exhaust) run up to the wrist and are built in to elim­i­nate dust. By using the Motoman CR20 MRC, a flex­i­ble han­dling sys­tem can be achieved under high-lev­el clean con­di­tions. It is ISO Class 3 and is capa­ble of wafer cas­sette han­dling and large LCD handling.
