Fanuc LR Mate 200iC/5L

Fanuc LR Mate 200iC/​5L robots are used for a wide vari­ety of appli­ca­tions such as machine tend­ing, mate­r­i­al han­dling, assem­bly, dis­pens­ing, and mate­r­i­al removal. It is a table­top robot with a long reach of 892mm. The LR Mate 200iC/​5L is designed with a slim wrist and a small foot­print, aid­ing it in reach­ing con­fined places. It is rat­ed best-in-class for per­for­mance in a light, effi­cient, accu­rate, and nim­ble (LEAN) package. 

The 200iC/​5L is able to max­i­mize LEAN man­u­fac­tur­ing and can be used in sev­er­al dif­fer­ent indus­tries then the ones pre­vi­ous­ly list­ed, includ­ing the elec­tron­ics, food, plas­tics, met­als, con­sumer goods, and med­ical indus­tries. It has 0.03 mm repeata­bil­i­ty, faster sus­tained speeds, and can flip over back­wards for a larg­er work envelope.

The LR Mate 200iC/​5L uses the R30iA con­troller, and it can be mount­ed in a vari­ety of dif­fer­ent ways, includ­ing floor mount­ing, table­top mount­ing, angle and invert mount­ing, as well as mount­ing inside of machines. It has high­er rigid­i­ty and the most advanced ser­vo tech­nol­o­gy that enables smooth motion with­out vibra­tion in high speed operation.
