The extend­ed reach Fanuc ARC Mate 120iB/​10L per­forms arc weld­ing and cut­ting appli­ca­tions with ease. The 120iB/​10L uses its six-axes, over­head rail-mount, hor­i­zon­tal reach of 1,885 mil­lime­ters and, +/- 0.1 mil­lime­ter repeata­bil­i­ty to ensure that parts large and small receive extreme­ly accu­rate welds and cuts. The Fanuc ARC Mate 120iB 10L RJ3iB arc weld­ing robot has a max­i­mum pay­load capac­i­ty of 10 kilograms.

The 120iB is the best in its class for reach ver­sus stroke ratio and fastest motion speeds. The excep­tion­al­ly fast wrist axes reduce air cut times, and the ARC Mate has an extreme­ly large work envelopes and com­plex tooling.
