Fanuc ARC Mate 100iD

The Fanuc ARC Mate 100iD robot is the per­fect solu­tion for arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions. It is a torch cable inte­grat­ed arc weld­ing robot that offers an enhanced dress-out abil­i­ty and unique gear dri­ve mech­a­nism for a slim arm. The ARC Mate 100iD is a very pro­duc­tive sys­tem as the rigid arm pro­vides high-speeds for pre­cise robot motion. There are also options to help reduce touch-up costs such as the offline pro­gram­ming ROBOGUIDE.

The J1 hol­low tube offers the abil­i­ty for weld­ing cable util­i­ties to be inte­grat­ed very eas­i­ly for sys­tem set­up. The torch and sen­sor cables can be inte­grat­ed into the J3 arm due to the larg­er J4 and J6 hol­low tubes. The wire feed­er can be com­pact­ly mount­ed behind the J3 arm pro­vid­ing greater floor space flex­i­bil­i­ty and safety.
