ABB S4C Plus Controller

The ABB S4Cplus is used with all ABB robots. It offers high per­for­mance and reli­a­bil­i­ty, supe­ri­or motion con­trol, and exten­sion com­mu­ni­ca­tion pos­si­bil­i­ties all with reduced instal­la­tion costs and facil­i­tat­ed inte­gra­tion solu­tions. This con­troller has two built-in Eth­er­net chan­nels for eas­i­er ser­vice and fac­to­ry net­work­ing. It also presents short­er cycle times with Quick­Move and greater pre­ci­sion and path fol­low­ing with TrueMove. 

The S4Cplus enables quick inte­gra­tion of addi­tion­al hard­ware and offers a high lev­el of user safe­ty, uti­lizes the pow­er­ful RAPID pro­gram­ming lan­guage, and is eas­i­ly pro­grammed for mul­ti­ple appli­ca­tions. The S4C plus is adapt­able for use in harsh envi­ron­ments and supe­ri­or per­for­mance is ensured by the advanced mon­i­tor­ing of robot move­ments, fans, and temperatures.
