The KUKA KR 180 PA fea­tures pow­er­ful motors and high-per­for­mance gear units. Mul­ti­ple pal­lets can be stacked with ease, allow­ing for fast stack­ing oper­a­tions at up to 30 cycles per minute. The mass has been reduced on this arm through the use of car­bon-fiber rein­force­ment. This increas­es the per­for­mance while reduc­ing ener­gy requirements.

The KUKA KR 180 PA KR C2 Arc­tic pal­letiz­ing robot is part of an exten­sive line of pal­letiz­in­gro­bots that can han­dle chal­leng­ing tasks. Cre­at­ed for extreme­ly cold sit­u­a­tions, this arm is reli­able up to ‑30 degrees Cel­sius. The dri­ve units and cables are pro­tect­ed with­out using a spe­cial­ized pro­tec­tive suit. Addi­tion­al heat­ing ele­ments are not required. The KR 180 KR C2 Arc­tic deliv­ers pre­ci­sion reli­a­bil­i­ty with the upmost reliability.
